Procedures

50% deposit due with reservatiion and balance due ON:
Whitewing dove hunts        June 1
Winter hunts scheduled for Nov and Dec        Oct 1
Winter hunts scheduled for Jan and Feb         Nov 1

In the event of 45 day cancellation, hunt may be assigned to anyone who doesn't have a deposit pay due at time of cancellation.
In the of 45 days cancellation, hunt may be rescheduled within the same hunting season where there is availability
"Rain checks' will be issued if hunts are cancelled by Outdoor Mexico due to inclement weather prior to arrival at the lodge
